#StyleDiaries: Day nine: Neha Dhupia for Kingfisher Supermodel Hunt

Kingfisher Supermodel Hunt Day nine

Today is the last day for the Kingfisher supermodel shoot and despite all the late nights and hot days, I’m feeling sentimental. I’m gonna miss these girls!

But, first we must work.

Tied to Black n White

Today being our final day of shooting, I wanted Neha to be as comfortable as possible. This matching set comprising a wrap top and skirt is easy-breezy and drapes beautifully.

Stylist’s tip: Play with texture and print: Mixing this silk-blend tie-dye outfit with antique gold jewellery gives the outfit a more eclectic vibe.

Makeup tip: The poppy-red mouth is my new favourite styling tool. It works from night to day to resort taking you from power chic to pretty princess. Ladies, stock up on your M.A.C. Lady Danger sticks.

Neha’s outfit is by Nupur Kanoi, and her jewellery is by Amrapali. The sunnies she’s wearing in the picture are Chief pyjama Chola’s.

Full Power Finale

For the final night shoot, we decided to go with an old Hollywood glamour vibe. I could see this dress in a 1950s noir film.

Stylist’s tip: When the dress is this gorgeous, you let the dress do the talking for you. Minimal hair, jewellry and makeup. This outfit is like a fiercely independent woman that needs no frills and fuss around her.

Neha’s dress is by Falguni and Shane Peacock.

It’s time to say goodbye to Taj Gateway resorts, Dhupia, and the lovely Kingfisher team.

Now I’m off to see Editor Pyjama Bhantika for a long weekend of hard-earned rest, relaxation, (LOTS OF) wine! My cab driver pulls up, his name is Shaadi Singh — only in Gurgaon, right guys?

All looks are styled by Chief pyjama Chola aka Sohaya Misra. Makeup is done by Angelina Joseph.
