Loving the monsoon weather? But hating that ugly hair fall?? So are we. We’ve been struggling hard not to let those strands leave our side, what about you? Pollution, humidity, change of seasons: these are the villains! But let us make the hero win again!

Here are the simplest all-natural remedies to tackle hair fall and help you get back to flaunting your luscious locks.

1. Olive oil and egg whites protein overload for dry hair

Egg whites nourish your hair providing ample protein and mixing it with olive oil and leaving it on your hairs for like 40 minutes, at least, conditions your hair from root to tips. Do it once in 10 days, and wash off your hair and keep continuing.

2. Honey and coconut oil & milk saviour hair pack

Coconut oil is the best, and you should use it on your lady locks on a regular basis. Just apply coconut oil the night before and wash it the next day. All you need is to administer this hair mask while enjoying your morning coffee.Wash it off and you’re done. This concoction helps reduce hair fall to a great extent.

3. Coconut oil and methi powder(fenugreek) mixture

A night before you shampoo your hair, apply coconut oil to help seal in moisture and prevents breakage. A simple twist to this old wives’ remedy is to mix some methi or fenugreek powder in the coconut oil, and let the combination stand for few hours before you apply it in your hair. When you wash the oil away the next day, you’ll feel the difference. Methi helps enhance hair growth and rebuilds their follicles. Fenugreek seeds also contain protein.

4. Hot steam towel wrap

This is one of the simplest remedies for hair fall and a go-to for my mother! The primary reason for hair fall is dryness, and this straight-from-the-spa therapy will sort that out for you. Dip a towel in less than lukewarm water and wrap it around your head. Leave this for 20 minutes. I suggest you try this every time you apply oil to your hair. Or, do it before washing those tresses. (Or, both. Both is best.) Always leave a day or two between this therapy and washing your hair, because exposing your locks to sudden cold or hot temperatures can be unhealthy.

5. Onion juice and Aloe Vera

Onion juice has high sulfur content, and it helps reduce hair fall and keep the strands healthy. You need to mix three tablespoons of onion juice and two tablespoons of aloe vera gel. You can also add one tablespoon of olive oil. Apply this mixture onto your scalp and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. Rinse, shampoo, and you’re good to go.

That’s it. Try one of these and let me know how it worked for you.

Stay tuned, next I’ll be giving tutorials to style your by-then dreamy tresses.
