A $44 Million Los Angeles Home Designed With Basketball Fans In Mind

Los Angeles is home to some of the world’s most luxurious homes, and developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati, known as the “King of Brentwood Development,” is responsible for building some of the city’s most extravagant properties.

Nosrati, of Huntington Estate Properties, is known for pushing the boundaries of design, from designing medicinal rooms and even potted gardens to basketball courts and garages to house beautiful sports cars. The most recent lavish home he sold is a $44 million property in Los Angeles’ exclusive Brentwood neighborhood called The Brentwood Oasis. Hedge fund director Jeffrey Feinberg bought the house.

“Because it has everything you could dream of, it is fenced in for the ultimate in privacy,” says Nosrati. Pyjama People. “I named it Oasis because every day you feel like you’re on vacation. I took inspiration from a resort and turned it into a residential masterpiece.”

The property is a gated property of over 1.2 acres and has 30,000 square feet of outdoor space and 18,000 square feet of indoor space. There are seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, three roof terraces, gourmet appliances and even a built-in private security group to ensure the utmost in privacy and security. The organic contemporary home combines contemporary design and furnishings with green landscaping and outdoor elements. It is truly a modern California getaway.

The amenities are downright insane. There are several sports-related features perfect for the long-time basketball fan Feinberg buyer, including half a basketball court; a TV wall with space for nine screens; Fitness center; three-hole putting green; a sports simulator room; and indoor and outdoor pools.

There are even nods to basketball legends throughout the house, including LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Dr. J and Michael Jordan. There is also a tribute to the late Bryant with “24” and “Kobe” printed on the basketball court, which also features the colors of the Los Angeles Lakers, purple and yellow.

Most impressive is the 10-car showroom with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and beautiful lighting, illuminating an entire car collection. The showroom opens onto the driveway, which features various water features and palm trees. The house also has an office; bar; Barber; spa with a massage room for couples; and a 1,000-gallon aquarium. Adjacent to the main house is a two-storey guest house with a Rolls-Royce inspired movie theater with a starlit fiberglass ceiling. You may never have to leave your premises for basic necessities as there is also an edible vegetable garden on the roof and even a rooftop bar. There is also a covered living wall with a succulent and cactus garden.

Over the past 12 years, Nosrati has developed more than 100 luxury residential homes in Los Angeles and Miami under his Huntington Estate Properties company. This home is one of the most expensive recently sold in the area.

The house is on the list of Branden and Rani Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates; Shauna Walters and Sally Forster Jones of Compass; and Matt and Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman.
