KRK pushes Salman Khan’s defamation lawsuit over Radhe’s assessment, shares photos of complaint

After Salman Khan filed a defamation charge against actor Kamaal R Khan a few days ago, the latter has consistently suggested that he be charged over a negative review of the actor’s latest film, Radhe, and his recent tweets suggest that he to his guns, despite Salman’s legal team saying otherwise.

On Twitter, KRK shared a few screenshots of the copy of the complaint, writing: “It is the starting part of the petition and you can see that number 1 is the trailer of #Radhe and number 2 is the review of Radha. That means the case is about #Radhe’s review videos. Means it’s all about Radhe! All other things are meant to support the cause to make it strong. Means #DSK are good liars.”

In another tweet, KRK wrote of Salman’s legal team: “I will speak to my lawyers tomorrow if I may release a video about #DSKLawyers’ lie that they did not file a defamation suit because of Radhe’s review. Because Inke Jhooth Ko Benakaab Karna Bahut Zaroori hai. (It is necessary to expose their lies.)”

“My video is coming soon about #DSK liars,” he shared Friday morning.

Salman’s legal team had previously issued a statement that the libel charge has nothing to do with Radhe’s assessment, but because Kamaal has “published and endorsed defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand Being Human involved. in fraud, manipulation and money laundering, that he and Salman Khan Films are bandits. The defendant has been spreading malicious lies for several months and consistently slandering Mr Salman Khan, clearly in order to draw attention to himself. Mr. Kamaal R. Khan’s lawyer stated in court today that Mr. Kamaal R. Khan “will not post defamatory remarks against the plaintiff on social media until the next date”.
