Welcome to a very early preview of the Netflix Originals to be released on Netflix worldwide in July 2021 (unless otherwise noted). This post will be updated over time. So keep a bookmark.

Fear Street trilogy

Coming to Netflix: July 2nd, July 9th, July 16th

RL Stine’s collection of Fear Street books is being adapted for Netflix. Three films are scheduled to be released in July 2021.

Each film will be linked and will take place in a different time period, with the first being 1994, the second 1978, and the last entry being 1666.

All three films are directed by Leigh Janiak and include a cast including Gillian Jacob, Kiana Madeira, Emily Rudd, Olivia Welch, Sadie Sink, Julia Rehwald and McCabe Slye.

Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness (Season 1)

Netflix goes all-in resident Evil A live-action series is planned, but the new anime-style series will be unveiled in July.

In the series, Leon and Claire meet again, which further extends the lore of the video game, which turns 25 this year.

Trollhunter: Rise of the Titans

Troll hunters rise from the titans

The big film conclusion to Guillermo del Toro’s criminally underrated children’s series comes at the end of July with all the characters from Netflix Trollhunter, 3Below, and wizard unite to tackle the greatest threat to date.

For this epic finale, a massive cast gathers together with breathtaking imagery.

Masters of the Universe: Revelation (Part 1)

This modern reimaging of the classic He-Man series was created by Kevin Smith and will be releasing its first five episodes on July 23rd. Others are in preparation.

The series begins shortly after the original series ends with the war for Eternia, which hopefully comes to an end.

Steven K. Tsuchida is leading this new rom-com with Christina Milian, Jay Pharoah, Alexander Hodge, Sinqua Walls and Karen Obilom.

They follow an aspiring pop star who has gotten into tough times and ends up making an appearance at their ex-fiancé wedding.

Transformers: War for Cybertron: Kingdom (Final season)

Transformers War for Cybertron Trilogy July 2021

Rounding out the fantastic anime series from Hasbro is the third entry after Siege and Earthrise, which were released on July 30, 2020 and December 30, respectively.

The new series, titled Kingdom, will conclude the War for Cybertron trilogy and comes from Polygon Pictures, Allspark Animation and Rooster Teeth.

Mortar (Season 2)

The first season was seriously overlooked by viewers outside of France. So if you haven’t jumped in yet, give it a try.

The 8th night (Movie)

Described as a “bizarre horror thriller,” this Korean film is directed by Kim Tae-hyung and follows a retired exorcist who hopes to retire in peace but must return when a demon threatens to hell on earth unleash.

Park Hae-joon, Lee Sung-min, Kim You-jung, Nam Da-reum and Choi Jin-ho star.

Directed by Roberto De Feo and Paolo Strippoli, not too much is known about this horror film other than the little we were able to gain from the trailer with the following subtitles:

Heaven Rojo (Season 2)

The second part (and probably the last) of Heaven Rojo Lands on Netflix just a few months after its first debut to continue the story of three women Carol, Wendy and Gina trying to escape their former lives.

The series comes off Money robbery Creator Alex Pina and Vancouver Media.

The last mercenary

Beastars (Season 2)

The popular anime series, which debuted on Netflix in late 2019, will return for season two in July. The anime series takes place in a world of anthropomorphic animals.

New Turkish coming-of-age romantic film directed by Ozan Aciktan.

Here’s what you can expect:

This German-English hybrid film takes place entirely in an airplane in which a mysterious infection meets a terrorist kidnapping with passengers in the middle.

Dominic Purcell, Graham McTavish and Roland Møller play the leading roles.
