As fans know, the sons of the sisters celebrate their very first birthday in July!
Brie also told the website the same, adding, “I also think fatigue just makes your workout different and I actually had to learn to adapt to my body’s new needs. Some days I can train hard, but other days my body just needs cardio. [When I was able to work out again,] I started power walking because it woke my mind and body. It reminds me how much I love to exercise and sweat, and then I start craving for harder workouts. I’ve really allowed myself to get back on track, and now I’m lifting the hardest thing I’ve ever done. ‘
